The Courtyards offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with square footage ranging from 665-1380sf. Amenities include heated pool & spa, dog park and dog wash station, 24 hour fitness center, movie theater, game room, clubhouse, playground, package lockers, additional storage available, bicycle storage and Electric Vehicle charging stations throughout.

The Courtyards Pacific Village is a 274 unit rental apartment community as part of the Pacific Village redevelopment plan. All the apartments are for rent. The Courtyards Pacific Village consists of one-bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath, and three bedroom/two bath apartments in several different floor plans.

We expect that occupancy will begin mid-April 2021. Leasing will begin mid-February 2021. Please fill out our form on this site and we will email you updates on availability, floor plans and progress of The Courtyards Pacific Village.

Rental rates are expected to start at $1,675 for one bedroom apartments, $2,258 for two-bedroom apartments and $2,766 for three-bedroom apartments. Rents will vary depending upon apartment type and location. Rents are subject to change.

There are 60 apartments designated as affordable under the San Diego Housing Commission inclusionary housing program. Specifically there are 24 one-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom apartments. The inclusionary housing program is available to residents who meet the income criteria set by the housing commission and meet the resident selection criteria of the property.

The Courtyards Pacific Village is located on a redeveloped site of a previous rental community and the residents of that community have been given the first opportunity to select an affordable apartment per the redevelopment agreement with the City of San Diego. There are currently over 400 names on the waiting list from former residents. If a waiting list is opened to the general public because the 60 affordable units were not chosen by those 400+ households, it will happen telephonically approximately 60 days before the expected opening of the community.
